Blue Bell, to see close their petals at sunset

The Blue Bell or Ipomoea pupurea is an annual or perennial vine, pubescent. Originally from tropical and subtropical America, is used in pots and terraces and wall coverings or forming hedges. It should be place in sun or partial shade.

The flowers are bell-shaped and of different colors: white, pink, red, purple or blue. They close at dusk or in the absence of light and are visited by bees and bumblebees. Like many species, has great appeal as an ornamental.
